




**About the role** Under the umbrella of the Young Talent Program, there is a need for a Graduate Engineer as a support technician for the Paper Manufacturing area in order to provide support in managing activities focused on process/quality control and continuous improvement, as well as providing assistance to operational teams and the RST (multidisciplinary team responsible for the operating unit) in day-to-day routine tasks. The candidate will participate in specific continuous improvement projects aligned with the unit's annual goals and objectives. Main responsibilities will include managing process control and quality control according to the company’s strategic guidelines and designed tools, optimizing processes and implementing departmental continuous improvement activities, leveraging the development of leadership qualities defined by the company. The Graduate Engineer will be part of the Young Process Engineer program, during which, over a period of 1 year, they must achieve advanced knowledge of the production process and proven experience in implementing continuous improvement/quality tools. If this is you, we would love to talk. **Responsibilities of the position** * Leadership in safety and quality. * Application of methodologies and tools focused on process and quality control, continuous improvement, and operational methods. * Analysis and resolution of problems according to defined methodology, aiming to eliminate losses, improve yields, and ensure quality—the key results of our operation. * Standardization of processes and support for digitalization of processes. * Active participation in operational meetings, as well as in information flows to the team. * Development and implementation of the continuous improvement strategy to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaboration in the development of process auxiliary materials to meet quality and productivity expectations. * Participation in specific projects within the unit aligned with company objectives. * Participation in benchmarking activities with other participants of the Young Talent Program. Perform maintenance planner tasks: create standards, code spare parts, create maintenance routines in SAP, define necessary resources, monitor spare parts inventory. * **Who you are** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Maintenance experience is valued. Experience and knowledge in production processes and continuous improvement, valued. Experience and knowledge in using computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite and its applications). Ease and positive attitude towards teamwork. Responsibility, initiative and flexibility. Communication, analytical and systematization skills. Problem and conflict resolution skills. Use of analysis tools and compliance with standards.
