Electrical Maintenance Technician

A company in the ceramic \| chemical sector in Castellón is seeking an **Electrical Maintenance Technician.** **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant's electrical and industrial installations * Diagnosis of electrical and automation faults * Interpretation of electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation * Programming and maintenance of PLCs and control systems * Intervention during production stoppages for electrical repairs and modifications * Collaboration on technical improvement projects (automation, efficiency, safety) **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Electricity, Electrotechnics, or equivalent * Over 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (experience in tile factories or the ceramic industry is valued) * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical installations, industrial automation (PLC, SCADA), motors, and frequency inverters * Residence in the province where the position is located **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract with job stability * Split working hours from Monday to Friday (Mon\-Fri 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–16:00) * Continuous training plan and professional development * Real opportunities for growth and internal promotion * Social benefits: private health insurance and flexible working hours
