Nurse or Nursing Assistant - La Seu d'Urgell

**Umi****vale Activa**, a mutual collaborating with Social Security that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance in protecting workers, requires a Graduate or Licensed Nurse or a Nursing Assistant at our center in La Seu d'Urgell. Among other duties, and reporting directly to the area manager, the following responsibilities will be carried out as a **Nurse**: * Assisting and treating patients in tasks such as wound dressings, plaster immobilizations, bandaging, splinting, injections, and any other duties inherent to the position. * Performing X-ray (radiography) imaging using the appropriate equipment in the radiology department. * Managing control of equipment, and maintaining order and cleanliness of materials and products within the assigned area. * Absenteeism management: telephone follow-up, scheduling appointments with the case manager physician, recording actions in the internal program, and referring diagnostic tests. * Performing additional administrative tasks such as generating indicators, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining clinical records. Among other duties, and reporting directly to the area manager, the following responsibilities will be carried out as a **Nursing Assistant**: * Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and administrative tasks. * Entering external reports into Neos (scanned) and uploading them into the document management system. * Filing patient reports and results of complementary tests into their respective clinical records. * Performing basic wound care, sterilizing equipment, and monitoring cleaning procedures. * Processing incoming vouchers, briefcases, traffic-related files, and other documents. * Assigning patients for optimal organization during visiting hours, registering them in the logbook, issuing vouchers and receipts... **Nurse:** * Graduate or Diploma in Nursing. Foreign qualifications must be officially recognized. * Registered with the Nursing Association. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Availability from **Monday to Friday, 10:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Nursing Assistant:** * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Auxiliary Nursing Care. * Proficiency in ICTs, office tools, and Microsoft Office. * Availability from **Monday to Friday, 10:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
