Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible professional to lead a technical assistance workshop for golf course and green area machinery, supervising repairs, maintenance, and managing staff and inventory. Manage staff and control inventory We are looking for a professional to assume responsibility for a workshop in Estepona, focused on technical assistance for machinery and vehicles used in golf courses and green areas. The role involves both on-site work and travel to service locations across eastern Andalusia. Main responsibilities will include organizing and assigning daily workshop tasks to ensure optimal workflow. Repairs, preventive maintenance, and other technical interventions will be closely supervised, with constant attention to quality and deadlines. Support will also be provided in diagnostics and incident resolution. Staff management will be critical, covering shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and absence monitoring. A detailed record of tools, spare parts, and materials inventory will be maintained. Finally, periodic reports on workshop activity and performance will be required. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered. * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical workshops or similar fields (maintenance, machinery, etc.). * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Availability for occasional travel and overnight stays within the assigned area. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Valid driving license category B and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. GM/GS in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or related field.
