We are currently seeking a candidate who wishes to develop their professional career with us and, over time, become a key member of the Administration and Procurement Department.
What will be your mission?
You will begin by working alongside the current department head to gain in-depth knowledge of Kauma’s operations, progressively assuming full responsibility for the administrative, procurement, and operational coordination areas.
We are not merely looking for someone to perform administrative tasks. We seek a person capable of organizing, coordinating, improving processes, and contributing new ideas to make the company increasingly efficient.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
* Managing and issuing customer invoices.
* Accounting for invoices and supporting accounting management.
* Bank reconciliations and monitoring of receivables and payments.
* Comprehensive procurement and supplier order management.
* Tracking purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines.
* Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure proper receipt of goods and resolution of incidents.
* Handling telephone inquiries from customers and suppliers.
* Document management and archiving.
* Preparing reports and supporting management.
* Proposing improvements to administrative, procurement, and internal organizational processes.
What are we looking for? Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, procurement, accounting, or administrative management roles.
* Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficient use of Excel and ERP systems.
Particularly valued:
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution companies.
* Knowledge of accounting and general administration.
* Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation.
* Experience coordinating orders, warehouse operations, or logistics.
* Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
