




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance to lead teams and ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of plant facilities, while driving technical and safety improvements. Stable project with professional development and continuous training We seek a professional with experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance and the ability to lead work teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of plant facilities. Main responsibilities include planning and overall coordination of all maintenance tasks—preventive, corrective, and predictive. Performance of the internal maintenance team as well as external collaborating companies will also be supervised. Rigorous control of technical documentation and compliance with relevant regulations will be essential. Coordination of production shutdowns with the Production Department will be managed to minimize disruptions. Furthermore, technical and safety improvements will be actively promoted across all processes. A stable position is offered within an established company, providing opportunities for professional development and continuous training in a dynamic environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00. Higher Technician in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance / Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience as Maintenance Manager in industrial settings. Experience managing teams of at least 5 people and projects. Knowledge of Siemens PLC programming Willingness to work in Écija (Seville)
