What drives us is the passion for discovering talent and building soulful brands. **What will your role entail?** Management of fashion and lifestyle accounts, including tasks such as: * Direct account management and communication with designers or brands * Writing and distributing press releases * Supporting the development of communication and PR strategies * Monitoring media coverage * Contacting media outlets, stylists, and influencers * Managing databases and media clipping * Supporting events, presentations, and fashion weeks * Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and proposing communication ideas * Social media management and digital marketing **Requirements:** * Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field * Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and copywriting * Prior experience or interest in the fashion/lifestyle sector is preferred * Fluent English * Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively * Knowledge of social media and digital marketing **What we offer:** * On-site work in Barcelona * 16 hours per week (part-time, mornings only) * Gross monthly salary of €450 * First-Employment Contract * Ongoing training, active participation in real projects, and opportunities for professional growth in the industry.
