At **Grúas Sáez, S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international reference in the manufacturing of Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes, and Formwork Systems for construction, we are expanding our technical team and seeking to hire a **PLC Programming Technician** for our factory located in Beniaján. **Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and validation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). * Programming and tuning of motor control systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs). * Design and development of electrical schematics for industrial automation systems. * Interpretation of electrical drawings, control diagrams, and technical specifications. * Direct collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering departments for integration of complete solutions. * Technical support during installation, testing, and maintenance of automated systems on-site. * Technical assistance to overseas customers during equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance. * Ensuring compliance with quality standards, industrial safety requirements, and applicable technical regulations. **Minimum Requirements** * Vocational Training in Industrial Automation, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in PLC programming. * Experience interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation. * Ability to work effectively in teams, problem-solving attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Fluent level of English. **We Offer:** * Stable project with an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours and intensive work schedule on Fridays. * Participation in innovative and high-impact projects. * Opportunities for professional development and international technical support. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and value contributed. * Hybrid work model with the possibility of remote work one day per week during project phases compatible with this arrangement, after PLC implementation and stabilization.
