**TASKS:**
* Ensure that all project on\-site activities comply with general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites
* Ensure compliance with Nordex's processes
* Manage the activities and tasks site\-related during the execution readiness process
* Manage the day\-to\-day on\-site operations, including the initial site set\-up until project completion
* Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadline, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements
* Ensure the execution and compliance of the contracts with suppliers and customers
* Manage the relationship with the customer at the site level in alignment with the Project Manager
* Management of customer expectations, and establish, maintain and building good relations with clients as well as their representatives
* Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers delivering their scope of work on site
* Coordinate their team on\-site to deliver the scope of work

You will be responsible for:\-Act in the event of an emergency declared as the Intervention Chief or Head of Communications and Internal Operations (as determined by the Shift Manager), or assume substitutions for other emergency team appointments, as defined in the PEI.\-Unload hazardous goods from tanker trucks (sulfuric acid, caustic soda, ferric trichloride, sodium hypochlorite, diesel, etc.) and other goods necessary for plant operation (propane, hydrochloric acid, etc.).
* Perform electrical and mechanical isolation of authorized equipment and systems to ensure they are in safe condition before intervention.
* Collaborate with the Shift Manager in developing procedures, Technical Operating Instructions, and incident notifications.
* Issue Shortage Notifications (BFS System) based on anomalies detected during daily rounds.
* Participate in 5 Whys.
* Collaborate in the correct and effective implementation of the integrated safety, health, environment, and major accident management system for the assigned group's location, based on the responsibilities outlined in the applicable procedures.
* Promote continuous improvement.
