Automation Engineer

We are looking to hire an **Automation Engineer (n8n & Data Integration)** to design and execute the workflows that will transform our processes. The candidate must work with a high degree of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and initiative in making technical decisions. This is an on-site position with an indefinite-term contract. **What will you do?** Workflow design and development: Create, scale, and optimize complex automations using n8n. System integration: Connect SaaS services, internal tools, and third-party applications by consuming and orchestrating REST APIs / Webhooks. Data and backend management: Model, query, and maintain data integrity within automation workflows. Process analysis: Collaborate with business teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into automated architectures. **What qualifications do you need?** * Automation experience: Proven experience with n8n, Make/Integromat, or traditional RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere). * API integration: Proficiency in REST-based integration, authentication (OAuth, API Keys), and handling data structures (JSON/XML). * Databases & SQL: Solid experience in querying, manipulating, and designing basic data architecture (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). * Data Analytics environment: Familiarity with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and functional analysis of information. * Basic scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python to extend custom nodes when required by the platform. * Knowledge of Databricks and Power BI is highly desirable. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a leading IT sector company * Professional growth and development * Continuous training * Some of our benefits: * In-house collective agreement * Up to 25 working days of vacation * Personal leave day * Additional 16 hours for accompanying first-degree family members to medical appointments * Option for 12 or 14 monthly payments (12 regular monthly payments plus two extra payments in June and December) * Flexible compensation: childcare vouchers and optional private health insurance * Support for children's education **Is this the opportunity you've been waiting for?
