We are a small and close-knit team aiming to lead the field of Privacy Enhancing Technologies in Europe. At Acuratio, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of projects. They will have proven experience managing grants and European projects. We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships. **About the position:** Define project scope and objectives. Plan and coordinate project activities. Supervise development progress and deadline compliance. Manage allocated resources to ensure work quality. Identify and evaluate funding opportunities at local, national, and European levels. Write and submit grant proposals, ensuring compliance with each call's requirements. Prepare periodic reports on project progress and fund utilization. Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external. Manage documentation required for internal and external audits. Supervise the work of multidisciplinary teams involved in funded projects. Propose improvements and solutions when necessary. Requirements University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or managing public funding, preferably in the software industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced level of spoken and written English.
