The main duties include: Supervising and coordinating the reception team, supporting the Head of Reception in the daily organization of the department. Managing check \- in and check \- out procedures. Providing customer service and resolving incidents, ensuring agile and high-quality service. Coordinating and supervising room assignments, room changes, and special requests. Cash handling, daily closings, and monitoring administrative procedures specific to reception. Supervising reservations, room sales, and availability control. Managing and tracking calls, emails, and customer requests. Supporting training, motivation, and supervision of reception staff and bellboys under their responsibility. Ensuring compliance with company-established quality standards and procedures. Acting as substitute for the Head of Reception during their absence, assuming full departmental operations. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar position or as a receptionist with supervisory responsibilities. Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. High level of English; other languages will be viewed very positively. Strong customer orientation and leadership ability.
