At **M10 Construcciones**, we are hiring a **Technical Architect / Surveyor / Technical Architect / Civil Engineer / Building Engineer / Civil Engineer** for a **full-time position** Main responsibilities * \* Support in planning and monitoring construction projects. * \* Cost control and preparation of certifications. * \* Solicitation and comparison of supplier and subcontractor quotations. * \* Order management and supply tracking. * \* Documental coordination of construction projects. * \* Preparation and monitoring of schedules. * \* Periodic site visits to monitor execution and identify issues. * \* Coordination with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers. * \* Preparation of progress reports. \* Use of construction management software (Arquímedes or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.
