Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid profile for our architecture studio — pivotal in management, organization, and studio culture — optimizing processes and supporting leadership on a day-to-day basis. This is not an administrative position. It is a **key** role in the studio’s growth — carrying weight in decision-making, possessing strategic vision, and capable of elevating everything to the next level. You will also participate in the design and development of projects, taking daily responsibility for them. **Main Responsibilities** * Overall studio supervision and coordination of workflow across teams. * Participation in the design and development of projects, taking daily responsibility for them. * Direct support to leadership in organization, scheduling, and tracking of priorities. * Project timeline management and adherence to key milestones. * Coordination with suppliers and external teams. * Active participation in key meetings and operational decision-making. * Support in implementing basic tracking tools (e.g., **MS365 Planner**, **Asana**, **Gantt**, etc.). **Secondary Responsibilities** * Oversight of licenses, documentation, and administrative procedures. * Improvement of internal processes: documentation, project flow, onboarding, etc. * Support to the architecture team in design, organizational, and planning tasks. * Strengthening internal climate management and studio culture. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Architecture or related field. * Experience in architecture studios or technical offices (minimum 4\-5 years). * Strong management, leadership, and autonomous working capabilities. * A proactive, agile individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Fluent Spanish and good English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of or sensitivity toward Balearic architecture styles such as *“mares”*. * Prior experience in architecture studios in management roles. * Basic proficiency with project management tools (**Asana**, **Trello**, **MS365**, etc.). * Knowledge of German or other languages would be highly valued. **What does the studio offer?** * Permanent contract. * Highly **attractive base salary**, plus an **annual performance and goal-based bonus**. * Immediate incorporation in October / November 2025\. * Real flexibility and autonomy. * A beautiful work environment, characterized by high human quality and a strong growth orientation. * Assistance — to the extent possible — in finding accommodation on this beautiful island (if relocating from abroad).
