Analytical and responsible person. **Description:** ---------------- **Transgourmet Ibérica**, a leading wholesale food distribution company, is selecting an **Administrative Assistant** for our Mercapalma Logistics Platform (Palma de Mallorca). **Main responsibilities** at the workplace will include: * Monitoring preparation media, pallets, boxes, roll\-containers entering and leaving the logistics platform. * Reporting control data in Excel / SAP * Generating and managing customer-signed invoices **What We Offer:** * Immediate hiring * Permanent contract * Number of vacancies: 1 * Working hours: 40 hours/week * Schedule: Sundays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Mondays to Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays off. * Salary according to collective agreement \+ bonuses **Requirements:** --------------- **We are looking for:** * Proven administrative experience. * Office software experience, especially intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Analytical and responsible person.
