Real opportunity for growth within a high-potential project DESCRIPTION At Housfy, we continue to grow and are looking to bring new talent into our Legal Department. We seek a **junior lawyer** or legal advisor with vocation, preferably with at least two years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. The candidate must be capable of working autonomously, under the supervision and direction of a senior legal manager. Key responsibilities: * Monitoring and management of all the company’s judicial proceedings and debt recovery matters. * Filing extrajudicial and judicial claims for debt recovery, including courtroom representation, with special focus on horizontal property law and real estate law. * Providing internal legal advice to the company’s various departments. * Addressing any other legal needs that may arise, under the supervision of the senior manager. Knowledge and competencies: * Civil procedural law. * Attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work autonomously. Requirements: * Licensed lawyer (bar-registered) or legal advisor currently completing the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice. What do we offer? * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Pleasant and dynamic work environment. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with one hour for lunch; or Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday until 3 p.m. * Real opportunity for growth within a high-potential project.
