MANAGER OF RECOGNIZED DISABLED STAFF, CORDOBA

**Functions:** · Organization and control of work shifts, vacation periods, and staffing needs for service delivery. Supervision and support. · Weekly visits to services in the assigned geographical area to monitor the performance of workers in charge of services and ensure compliance with client contracts. · Supervise and manage the hiring of all workers in services covering various situations requiring replacements within the team, such as vacation coverage, temporary disabilities, leave, and disciplinary actions. Collaborate with the Support Unit department for CEE staff. · Manage and resolve incidents arising from individual employment relationships, such as temporary disabilities, paid leave, sanctions, etc. For this, you will have the support of Management and the HR department. · Collaborate with Grupo Osga's Support Unit in implementing and monitoring sociolaboral integration measures for disabled workers within work teams. · Control and manage the maintenance of machinery and work tools belonging to each project. · Coordinate necessary job-related training, both in terms of worker skills and abilities required for the position and training related to Occupational Health and Safety. Identify needs and coordinate implementation with the HR and PRL departments**.** · Serve as a liaison with clients, including public administration, private companies, and individuals, proactively addressing potential improvements or issues. · Contribute to Grupo OSGA's business development plan by creating new service offerings and adjusting existing ones. · Manage documentation and technical aspects of quality controls, satisfaction surveys, etc., according to required frequency. · Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environment. **Job Requirements:** · At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a service-providing company. · Valid driver's license; site visits to services in assigned geographical areas are required. · Proficient use of Office 365 suite: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel (intermediate to advanced level). · Higher vocational training qualification (FP Superior degree). · Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), Quality, and Environment. · Holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is desirable. · Commitment and availability. · Results-oriented, familiarity with profit and loss statements. · Proactive conflict anticipation and management. · Attention to detail. · Organizational and problem-solving skills. · People leadership. · Adaptability to change. · Empathy and assertiveness. · Willingness to face new challenges.
