The position involves: \- Receiving, issuing, reviewing and recording invoices. \- Preparing reports for external advisory services. \- Full management of supplier orders (national/foreign). \- Monitoring and reviewing customs documentation (Import/Export). \- Bank reconciliation. \- Supplier payment control. Essential: good communication and writing skills, professional presentation. Additional languages will be valued: English, Portuguese, Catalan.
