Teams are structured as follows: * 1 Delivery Lead, 1 Architect, 1 Business Analyst, 3 Backend Developers, 1 QA. Key responsibilities include: * Analyzing, developing, and implementing required code for each project. * Developing clean, high-quality code in accordance with defined standards. * Performing unit and integration testing with other modules. * Documenting developed code. * Meeting assigned task deadlines. * Reporting impediments affecting timely and proper fulfillment of requirements. * Actively collaborating with the broader development team to align and standardize technologies used. * Proactively acquiring skills needed for upcoming initiatives.
