




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support in a commercial company, managing orders, stock, invoicing, resolving incidents—including international ones—and organizing shipments. Collaboration in organizing shipments to end customers We are looking for a person to provide administrative support in a commercial company located in the Pla de l'Estany region. Your responsibilities will include telephone support, order management—both reception and system entry—and thorough control of documentation related to daily operations. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and placing necessary orders with suppliers. You will also handle invoicing and quotations, resolve any incidents that arise—particularly those related to international orders—and manage appropriate claims. Additionally, you will organize product shipments to end customers in coordination with transport companies. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule including statutory breaks. * Prior experience in administrative tasks and with ERP and/or SAP systems. * We seek a versatile and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish; advanced English. Vocational qualification in Administration or similar.
