Today, we operate with headquarters in Málaga and two production centers — Puente Genil and Navarrés — supplying large-scale retail with end-to-end solutions, from raw materials to ready-to-enjoy finished products. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** --------------------------------- We seek to hire a **Shift Supervisor** to coordinate the team and ensure smooth production execution. Your objective will be to guarantee adherence to production schedules, resolve incidents, and oversee implementation of procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols — promoting an efficient and safe working environment. * Organize personnel assigned to your shift. * Verify compliance with production schedules. * Resolve line-level incidents. * Coordinate with other departments. * Supervise proper application of procedures. * Receive and relay necessary information during shift handovers to the incoming or outgoing Shift Supervisor, ensuring continuity of production processes and planning, and guaranteeing transmission of incidents affecting operations. * Monitor control points (CP) and critical points (HACCP). * Comply with and enforce Occupational Health and Safety and Quality regulations, identifying and correcting any non-compliant behavior — regardless of whether it involves internal staff or subcontractors. * Encourage and use personal protective equipment (PPE), setting an example through safe work practices. * Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene policies. * Comply with and enforce all company policies applicable to your position. **Requirements** -------------- * Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance, Quality, or fields related to the food industry. * Food handler certification is desirable. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Shift Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant. **What We Offer** ---------------- Permanent contract: We invest in long-term employment relationships. **Full-time schedule with rotating shifts.** **Compensation**: Fixed salary + variable pay + allowances (night shift).
