**Vacancies Planned** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agriculture, livestock, forestry and environmental matters, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Engineer or Graduate in Surveying \- Technical Assistance (Córdoba) in Córdoba **Work Location** -------------------- * Córdoba Address: Group offices **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support in conducting topographic surveys and layout works for land parcels, roads, urban developments and linear projects. * Support in carrying out boundary delimitations and property marking. * Analysis of documentation related to planning and technical assessments in expropriation proceedings. * Support in controlling and verifying measurements. * Support in generating digital terrain models and processing data (GPS/total stations). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuing the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract enabling verification of required professional experience. * Internship certificates enabling verification of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Technical Engineering in Surveying or a University Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Previous Experience** * At least 5 years of professional experience in the field. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Class B driver's license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in digital terrain models (DTM) ### **Previous Experience** * From 2 to 3 years of experience in boundary delimitations and property marking. * From 9 months to 3 years of experience in topographic surveys and construction layout works, land parcels, roads, urban developments and linear projects. * From 9 months to 3 years of experience in generating digital terrain models (DTM). * From 9 months to 1 year of experience in project design (earthworks, alignments, cross-sections, profiles, slopes). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Own vehicle. **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract is offered with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum of 9 months total if applicable. + Full-time position.
