**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen \- Construction Projects in Seville. **Work Location** -------------------- * Seville **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support monitoring of compliance with labor regulations. * Support monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (OHS). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Possession of a high school diploma (Bachillerato), Pre-University Certificate (BUP), University Entrance Certificate (COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI), Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII), or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Occupational Health and Safety (to be attached during registration). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Driver’s License Class B (to be attached during registration). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training of at least 2,000 hours in Occupational Health and Safety (such training must be documented upon submission of the application). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 2 months and 1 year performing duties as a construction foreman/forewoman (such experience must be documented upon application submission via employment record and CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Eligibility to formalize a training contract aimed at acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this job posting (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a previous contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been formalized for longer than 6 months). (Attach qualification/certified payment of fees and updated employment record) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months with possibility of extension for another 6 months, if applicable. + If a training contract for acquiring professional practice is formalized, the following will be offered: fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable. In case a traineeship/training contract is formalized, the qualification submitted by the candidate must be related to the tasks of the position offered, involving activities typical of that qualification, enabling the candidate to acquire professional practice appropriate to their academic level. + Full-time work.
