**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Engineer, Graduate, or Master's Degree Holder (various qualifications) \- Improvement of data quality and validation of Agua0 in Seville. **Workplace** -------------------- * Seville Address: Parsi 5, 8 **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Technical review of digital documentation and its linkage to the corresponding phases of the administrative procedure for case files. * Analysis of alphanumeric and cartographic information on water use applications using software tools, and updating technically incorrect or incomplete information based on applicable regulations and water use processing procedures. * Support in supervising mid-level technical staff and administrative personnel within the team. * Assistance in coordinating archives of water use case files. * Reporting to Coordination on organizational activities, planning, and outcomes of the water use case file digitization team. * Preparation of monthly summary reports on the status of water use case file quality improvement. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requiring additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering Degree, or Official Master’s Degree in one of the following fields (Level 3 MECES) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): + Geography. + Geomatics and Geoinformation Engineering. + Topographic Geotechnologies. + Environmental Sciences. + Biology. + Marine Sciences. + Forestry Engineering. + Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports). + Agricultural Engineering. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 6 months’ experience in organizing and supervising water use case file digitization work. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in relational databases (Access and PostgreSQL). * Certified training in Pentaho Data Integration ETL. * Certified training in advanced remote sensing and satellite image processing. * Certified training in geoprocessing workflows using Python. * Certified training in developing web mapping applications using GADL, GeoServer, and Leaflet, compliant with INSPIRE. ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 2 years’ experience in administrative case file management. (Attach Employment History and CV) * 1 to 2 years’ experience using case file management databases in the field of water planning and management. (Attach Employment History and CV) * 1 to 3 years’ experience organizing and supervising water use case file digitization work. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Education or knowledge of water-related legislation (e.g., Water Framework Directive) and Andalusian Intracommunity River Basin Districts.
