Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Controller for an LGBTQ+ nightclub, responsible for managing crowd flow, maintaining order, and collaborating with the security team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage crowd flow and capacity 2. Monitor behavior and prevent conflicts 3. Collaborate with security personnel We are looking for an **Access Controller** for a nightclub that serves as a safe and inclusive gathering space for the LGBTQ+ community. * **Entry and exit control:** Manage crowd flow and ensure the venue’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. * **Order maintenance:** Monitor attendees’ behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a safe environment. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other security professionals, event staff, and, if necessary, law enforcement. Working hours: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,200.00–€1,300.00 per month Education: * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) (Desirable) Experience: * Access control: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
