Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** Job Description Summary Acciona, within its Facility Services CEE division, is recruiting a Support Unit Technician for the Catalonia region. **Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their unit/department, following instructions from their supervisor, to carry out assigned tasks and acquire foundational techniques within their field of activity. Accompany and support workers with disabilities to overcome personal, social, or occupational barriers that hinder their performance and inclusion in a productive environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify support needs and develop individualized intervention plans. Support workplace adaptation (technical, organizational, and relational). Provide training and coaching in professional and social skills. Offer personal support (psychological guidance, conflict management, motivation). Coordinate with external services (families, social services, healthcare, education) to ensure comprehensive care. Foster autonomy and professional development of persons with disabilities. Raise awareness among other staff members and management to create an inclusive environment. Mediate between workers, supervisors, and the company. Design and deliver training activities aimed at developing professional and social competencies. Promote workshops, group dynamics, and activities that reinforce motivation, team cohesion, and acquisition of social skills. Organize personal development activities that foster autonomy and social integration.
