Join our team and help us develop a solution for sustainable, accessible, and democratic construction. **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a **BIM Architect – Junior Design Manager** with technical, regulatory, and applied knowledge in residential projects who can thrive in a BIM environment and become part of our team. * Will participate in the building design team, applying BIM methodology and tools, with a high degree of industrialization (componentization, DFMA, etc.), using wood as the primary material and placing strong emphasis on performance, cost-efficiency, and end-to-end execution. * Will engage with collaborators (MEP engineering, structural engineering, etc.), clients, public administrations, OCTs, etc. * Will support implementation of sustainability, energy efficiency, and health principles across projects. **Requirements** **What We Need From You** * Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting architectural projects. * Minimum hands-on experience using Revit in project design. * Knowledge of current Spanish regulatory frameworks applicable to residential projects. * Understanding of the building permit application process and other administrative procedures. * Familiarity with a “functionality-and-cost” approach. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients. * Solid technical knowledge of traditional construction systems, plus curiosity about emerging industrialized systems entering the market. * Clear professional interest in focusing your career on industrialization, sustainability, etc. * Negotiation-level English is a plus. **We Value** * Specific knowledge of VPO, BTS, and BTR housing models. * Experience in construction supervision and site management. * Positive consideration will be given to expertise in sustainable construction (passive design, energy efficiency, health, etc.), industrialized systems, and timber construction. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). * Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Trello, Scrum, etc.). **Benefits** **What We Offer** * **Real impact**: Join a company transforming construction into a sustainable and planet-positive model. * **Professional growth**: Individual development plan with learning opportunities and continuous training. * **Positive atmosphere and collaboration**: A multidisciplinary, diverse team with a supportive and close-knit culture. * **Well-being and balance**: We value the balance between personal and professional life, which is why we offer two remote workdays per week. * **Sustainable offices**: Pleasant spaces designed for collaboration and environmental respect. * ️ **30 working days of vacation per year**, so you can fully enjoy your personal time. *At 011h, we foster diversity and inclusion.
