#### **What will your responsibilities be?** Are you passionate about quality, technical analysis, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a technically oriented individual who wants to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This is an office-based position within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment where you will combine quality control tasks, technical management, coordination with suppliers, and internal support. **What will be your main responsibilities?** **✅** Calibrate and verify measurement and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. **✅** Conduct tests, technical inspections, and verifications of our products, including furniture assembly to validate quality and functionality. **✅** Perform quality controls using measurement instruments such as calipers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. **✅** Manage subcontracted projects with partner companies, including monitoring and coordination. **✅** Maintain the company’s item master up to date and analyze the incorporation of new products per customer request. **✅** Conduct quality inspections upon goods receipt and manage customer returns. **✅** Manage non-conformities with suppliers and customers, driving corrective and preventive actions. **✅** Collaborate on continuous improvement of packaging to reduce incidents during transportation. **✅** Monitor logistics incidents related to product intake. **✅** Conduct internal warehouse audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. **✅** Resolve technical queries from the sales network and customers when higher specialization is required. **✅** Manage technical and quality documentation associated with the position.#### **What are we looking for?** **✅** Technical or specialized training in Product Quality. **✅** Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. **✅** Intermediate level of English (minimum B2\). **✅** Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level, especially advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; familiarity with 3D design software such as SolidWorks is a plus. **✅** Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. Experience handling measurement instruments, especially calipers. **✅** Organized, methodical, and analytical individual with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
