Candidate Profile We Seek * Excellent command of Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. * Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and clear guest orientation. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Main Responsibilities * Providing personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. * Managing reservations, emails, billing, and payments. * Supporting the hotel’s digital strategy: social media posts, content creation, and collaboration on online campaigns. * Contributing to maintaining the hotel’s excellence and distinctive style in every interaction.
