Electromechanical Technician

Description

An Electromechanical Technician is required to work in the Polán area. The position is permanent, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, in a split shift from 08:00 to 17:00, including breaks established by law. Responsibilities include performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment and installations. Also diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures and proposing effective solutions, as well as carrying out interventions on pumps, agitators, compressors, valves, and process systems. Support is provided through equipment inspection and monitoring, with all interventions recorded in the GMAO system. In addition, collaboration is expected in failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, supervision of subcontracted companies, and identification and reporting of risks or unsafe conditions on-site. This vacancy includes other duties inherent to the position. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. * We seek a candidate with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A personal vehicle is required for commuting. * Availability to perform on-call duties. * Vocational Training (Medium or Higher Level FP) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related fields. \- Knowledge of electromechanical equipment and industrial processes.
