




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Department Supervisor to lead teams, supervise staff performance, ensure product quality, and manage store operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams and supervise assigned staff. 2. Ensure product quality and adjust to seasonal demand. 3. Drive improvements in the commercial area and store organization. Bakery Department Supervisor Required: Responsibilities: \- Lead teams and supervise the performance of assigned staff. \- Support planning and preparation of staff schedules and rosters to optimize in-store service. \- Ensure product quality and quantity in-store, adjusting stock levels according to seasonal demand. \- Deliver training to assigned staff. \- Manage orders and requisitions, including resolution of incidents. \- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure adequate cash and change availability for payment operations. \- Propose and implement improvements in the commercial area and overall store organization. Requirements: \- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role. \- Demonstrable experience continuously leading teams of at least 3–5 people. \- Experience preparing staff schedules and managing working hours. \- POS/Cashier system proficiency: experience with cashier procedures, cash counts, and cash management. \- Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel) and personnel management systems. \- Personal vehicle required. \- Degree or Higher Technical Vocational Training (FP) in Administration, Commercial Management, Hospitality, or related field is desirable. We Offer: \- Permanent full-time contract. \- Working days from Monday to Sunday, with legally mandated rest days. \- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts: 07:00–14:00 and 14:00–21:00.
