Finishing and Facade Worker

Description

We are seeking personnel for finishing and facade work in Olías del Rey (Toledo). Main responsibilities include executing exterior finishes on industrialized housing units, such as installing and adjusting windows and joinery. Also included are finishing touches, sealing, and junction treatments, as well as facade completion and external insulation system work. The role involves installing cladding and facade elements, plus performing quality controls to correct minor defects before dispatch to site. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools common in this sector is required. Experience in SATE systems, facades, external insulation, window installation, and sealing is valued. A minimum of 24 months’ documented experience in installing enclosures and metallic joinery is mandatory. The contract is permanent, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30. The annual gross salary is €30.000, paid in 12 installments. Additionally, a 20% bonus is offered if agreed targets are achieved.
