We are looking for a candidate with prior experience operating CNC or laser machinery, who is meticulous, responsible, and eager to learn. Being an expert programmer is not mandatory, but a solid technical foundation, industrial environment experience, and the ability to work with precision are required. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation and control of CNC laser machine. * Preparation of materials and parts for production. * Loading and unloading of material into the machine. * Inspection of dimensions, finishes, and quality of parts. * Basic machine adjustments according to production requirements. * Tracking of manufacturing orders. * Basic maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the workstation. * Reporting incidents or needs to the production supervisor. **Requirements** * Prior experience operating CNC, laser, cutting, machining, or similar industrial machinery. * Ability to interpret measurements, simple blueprints, or manufacturing orders. * Methodical, meticulous, and quality-oriented individual. * Responsible, punctual, and possessing a positive work attitude. * Industrial sector experience (e.g., carpentry, metalworking, manufacturing, glass, acrylic, aluminum) is desirable. * Forklift operator license is advantageous but not mandatory. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Stable position. * Internal training on our processes and machinery. * Positive working environment. * Full-time employment. * Workplace located in Arroyomolinos, Madrid. * Salary commensurate with experience and candidate’s qualifications.
