Basic Maintenance and Cleaning Worker

We are looking for a responsible, active, and handy person to primarily handle cleaning and general maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning warehouses, storage areas, offices, and common areas, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks: assembly, painting, light bulb replacement, simple adjustments, material organization, and daily operational support. Requirements: Experience in cleaning, preferably in industrial environments. Practical, solution-oriented, and skilled in performing minor repairs. Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Responsible, organized, and autonomous individual. We seek someone proactive, attentive to facility upkeep, and capable of resolving everyday minor issues.
