Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office by selecting the best candidates to work in our hotels. These are some of your responsibilities: \- Analyze the job description provided by departments and define required profiles \- Post job openings on portals and contact employment centers and/or job boards as needed \- Conduct selection interviews, both telephone and in-person \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience \- Update and maintain the candidate database \- Request, manage, and file documentation What do we offer? ### **Requirements** Your next professional challenge is here! If you are proactive, have experience in the sector, and are eager to make a difference, this is your moment! ### **Offer** Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 \- Salary: €18,000 \- Gross annual salary of €20,000 What we value in you: \- Prior experience in personnel selection, preferably in hospitality \- A passion for challenges and teamwork Are you ready to take on this challenge?
