




Job Summary: Coordination of sample collection and doping control tasks, including creation and monitoring of missions in databases and verification of controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate sample collection tasks for doping control. 2. Manage control missions in databases (Diocles and ADAMS). 3. Conduct sample collections and detect anomalies. Responsibilities - Coordination of tasks related to the assignment of sample collection services. * Creation in Diocles (database) of control missions, including proposed missions. * Creation in ADAMS (database) of control missions, including proposed missions. * Monitoring athletes’ locations in ADAMS to adjust and/or modify control missions according to athletes’ movements. Identify suspicious location patterns. * Reporting inappropriate location patterns in ADAMS to the Doping Control Department’s management for assessment of potential disciplinary proceedings. * Monitoring athletes’ sporting brands. * Development of individualized Control Plans tailored to GRC athletes who may compete in Major Sporting Events. * Adjustment of control proposals based on specific analytical methods and sample matrix types to be collected, always aligned with the World Anti-Doping Agency’s International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI) and the Technical Document for Sport-Specific Analysis (TDSSA). * Verification of controls after completion. * Detection of possible anomalies and recording them in DIOCLES. * Conducting sample collections from athletes. * All activities must comply with ISO 9001:2015. Requirements - Must hold official accreditation as a Doping Control Agent. * Years of experience in the position: less than 2 years. * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Sciences / Labour Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or other degrees.
