About the Role We are currently looking for a Telemetry Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of telemetry and data transmission systems within R\+D projects and laboratory environments, contributing to the development of electronic and communication solutions for advanced technological platforms and systems in the defense sector, located in Madrid (Getafe), with an on-site working modality. Job Responsibilities: * Participate in R\+D, prototyping, and laboratory validation activities. * Support system testing, measurements, and basic debugging tasks. * Assist in analyzing and understanding system requirements and help translate them into practical technical solutions. * Contribute to the integration, verification, and maintenance of telemetry systems. * Support the design and testing of communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet). * Collaborate on activities related to microcontrollers and embedded systems. Required Profile Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronic Engineering. Experience: * Laboratory testing, validation, and debugging of electronic or communication systems. * Basic proficiency with communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet) and experience working with microcontrollers/embedded systems. * Participation in telemetry, data transmission, or digital electronics projects in professional, academic, or R\+D settings. Tools and Technical Knowledge * Basic knowledge of telemetry and data transmission. * Fundamentals of digital electronics. * Academic familiarity with communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet). * Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems (academic or personal projects). * Interest in hardware design, electronics, and understanding complete systems.
