Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing **attendance control** and **timekeeping**, monitoring staff absences and incidents. * Coordinating **personnel movements** within the company’s own system and collaborating closely with the external payroll agency for processing. * Assisting **employees** in person, by phone, or in writing—answering questions and managing their requests. * Managing the distribution of **personal protective equipment** and **workwear**, including corresponding stock control. * Coordinating and managing contact with external staffing agencies, and tracking requests and onboarding. * Facilitating the **onboarding of new employees**, providing information on company policies, benefits, and procedures. * Managing **payroll-related information**, ensuring accurate payments and adherence to deadlines. * Handling sensitive employee information, guaranteeing **data confidentiality** in compliance with data protection policies. * Supporting **audits and regulatory compliance**, ensuring the company adheres to all applicable labor laws. Additionally, you will assist in daily HR department tasks, contributing to projects related to **training, recruitment, and workforce development**, as well as promoting corporate values and culture. **What will make you succeed in this position?** To excel in this role, it is essential that you hold education relevant to HR—either Vocational Training or a higher education/university degree in Human Resources. Furthermore, knowledge of **labor legislation** and **proficiency in Microsoft Office**, especially Excel, is important. Prior experience in **HR roles**, particularly in managing incidents, timekeeping, and personnel movements, will place you in an excellent position. Familiarity with specialized HR management software will also be valued.
