**What will your responsibilities be?**
Reporting to the Head of the Facilities Department, you will perform, among others, the following duties:
* Prepare accurate documentation (quantities and drawings) required to request quotations from manufacturers for necessary projects.
* Conduct economic analysis of quotations and award contracts for execution.
* Develop technical proposals for optimizing and improving facilities.
* Supervise the proper execution of construction works (at the facilities level), in accordance with the contract or the execution project.
* Conduct meetings and communications with property owners, site supervision authorities, and subcontractors.
* Supervise and control regulatory compliance of various installations.
* Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage legalizations and final project documentation.
**What will make you succeed in this position?**
To feel comfortable in this role, you must hold a degree in Engineering or a related field. Prior experience is not required, though basic knowledge of installations will be considered a positive asset. Additionally, you must possess an advanced level of English (B2\).
