




* Minimum 3 years of experience administering and developing with **Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)** and **Oracle Access Manager (OAM)**. * Advanced knowledge of **Identity and Access Management (IAM)**. * Installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of OIM. * User, role, permission, access policy, and workflow management. * Integration with **LDAP**, **Active Directory**, and external systems. * Incident resolution and **second- and third-level support**. * Expertise in **object-oriented development (Java)** and **Oracle DB**. * Knowledge of **security and regulatory compliance** in IAM/OAM environments. * Desired requirements * Experience in integration projects with corporate systems. * Familiarity with **cloud** environments and **hybrid** solutions. * Knowledge of **DevOps best practices** (GitLab, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira) and **Jenkins-based CI/CD**. * **Documentation** skills and ability to develop procedures. ️ Responsibilities and functions* Development on the **Oracle Identity Manager** and **Oracle Access Manager** platforms. * User, role, and access policy management. * Implementation and maintenance of integrations. * Monitoring and advanced support. * Documentation of procedures and best practices. **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * **24x7** on-call duties **Salary:** Open and negotiable depending on experience and profile value. **Work modality:** Hybrid and flexible.
