Description

A textile industry company specializing in the manufacturing of cleaning and hygiene products is seeking to permanently hire a Maintenance Manager for its plant in Atzeneta d'Albaida. Responsibilities include responding to and analyzing equipment failures to prevent recurrence, managing technical documentation, and planning order and cleanliness within the area. The role also involves coordinating subcontracted companies while ensuring safety during work activities, and keeping facility and machinery documentation up to date. Additional duties include optimizing processes to achieve maximum efficiency, negotiating with suppliers, managing the annual budget, and defining material and resource requirements. Furthermore, the candidate must support compliance with legal policies and guidelines, propose and prioritize team objectives, evaluate and develop team members' capabilities, and foster their commitment and integration. The contract is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with legally mandated rest periods. * Prior experience in maintenance-related managerial positions. * We seek a flexible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * A personal vehicle is required for commuting. \- * Vocational Training Degree (GM or GS) in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, or related field.
