Responsibilities include preventive and corrective machinery maintenance, diagnosis and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures, component adjustment and assembly, replacement of wear parts, equipment operation monitoring, basic blueprint interpretation, periodic lubrication, compliance with safety regulations, and coordination with production to minimize downtime. The role also involves incident and action logging, support for technical improvements and process optimization, and proper use of workshop tools. A background in industrial maintenance or a related field is required; prior industrial experience is valued. Candidates must demonstrate diagnostic and problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement. They offer an initial three-month contract with a high likelihood of permanent employment, a salary of €9.77/hour for daytime work and €11.40/hour for nighttime work (approximately €1,500–€1,700 gross per month), rotating shifts, and genuine development opportunities within a stable and growing company.
