It’s what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** **Would you like to advance your STEM recruitment career within a leading firm?** At KPMG, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Senior IT Talent Acquisition** professional to join our internal **Talent Acquisition** team, where you will have the opportunity to work strategically on attracting technological and STEM talent for various business areas. **What will you do?** As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition professional, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing **end\-to\-end selection processes** for STEM positions, ranging from profiles with 3 years of experience to Director-level roles. * Conducting competency-based interviews and assessing technical and cultural fit. * Designing and executing **proactive sourcing strategies** using diverse talent sources. * Enhancing process efficiency by ensuring candidate quality, adherence to procedures, and optimization of *time to hire*. * Participating in the implementation and advanced use of the **new AI platform for Talent Acquisition**, which will improve talent identification and prioritization. * Contributing to cross-functional HR projects focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. * Ensuring achievement of hiring objectives. **Reporting** You will be part of the **People Department**, integrated into a cross-functional and collaborative team. You will report functionally to the STEM recruitment team coordination. Your main stakeholders will be: * Recruitment Team * HR Business Partners * Hiring Managers across various business lines You will not manage a team, but you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and exposure to high-impact areas. **What do you need to know?** * University degree; postgraduate studies in HR will be valued. * **4–5 years** of experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting, technology companies, or executive search.
