Their primary mission is to **lead the creative and technical vision for new collections**, ensuring the brand’s DNA translates into commercial, innovative, and viable pieces. This role goes beyond designing — it’s about **materializing ideas**: you’ll be responsible for taking a product from initial concept and sketch through to final sample approval. It’s a **strategic, 360-degree role**, serving as the bridge between **creativity and industrial production**.
