The selected candidate will join the production area and will be responsible for organizing, managing, implementing, and supervising team activities, ensuring compliance with work standards and established objectives regarding safety, quality, cost, production, planning, personnel, and continuous improvement. Main responsibilities include: * Monitor safety, cost, quality, production, planning, personnel, and efficiency indicators and KPIs. * Lead the team of coordinators and staff assigned to their section. * Ensure adherence to work standards, internal regulations, and production targets. * Ensure production proceeds according to the defined schedule. * Support coordinators in resolving production, organizational, or personnel incidents. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Promote safety, quality, order, training, and staff development. * Manage procurement and resource needs specific to their section. Requirements * Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Requirements: - Knowledge of indicator management, planning, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. + Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or work standard knowledge will be valued. + Proactive, organized, autonomous individual with leadership and communication skills. + Residence in Garrotxa or adjacent regions. * Mandatory: - Prior experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the plastics, automotive, or technical manufacturing sectors. + Experience leading production teams, coordinators, shift supervisors, or operational staff.
