At ROSA CLARÁ GROUP, we are looking for a Store Manager (to cover a temporary absence) who will lead and manage all operations of our Girona store, delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and ensuring achievement of sales targets. **The main responsibilities of this position are:** * Comprehensively manage the store's business. * Provide personalized customer service at all stages of the process, including both sales and after-sales support. * Drive store sales and achieve established targets. * Coordinate all activities necessary for the store’s smooth operation. * Update and expand the customer portfolio. **Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years as a store manager. * Candidate accustomed to working with objectives and incentives, with experience in understanding and managing KPIs. * Knowledge of garment care/alterations is considered a plus. **We offer:** * Rosa Clará Benefits Club. * Flexible compensation plan.
