Job Summary: We are seeking operators to join the meat production line, performing handling, processing, and packaging of meat products in a refrigerated environment, including cutting, deboning, and high-quality finishing tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and processing of meat products. 2. Ham cutting and boning tasks, with knife-handling skill. 3. Work in a clean room for sausage packaging (refrigerated environment). Operators are needed to join the production line in the meat industry. Main responsibilities involve handling and processing meat products across different areas of the facility. Duties include ham cutting and boning, where proficiency with a knife is highly valued. Finishing and product preparation tasks will also be performed, along with work in a clean room—a refrigerated space (2–6°C) dedicated to sausage packaging. Positions are available for ventresca preparation and high-quality finishing. Strong Catalan language skills—both spoken and written—are required. We seek a proactive, motivated, and eager-to-learn individual. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are considered advantageous. No specific academic qualifications are required; practical experience is prioritized. The contract is temporary, with rotating shifts changing weekly between morning (6:00–14:00) and afternoon (14:00–22:00) shifts. Remuneration is €12.38 gross per hour. Experience using knives for ham cutting. Ability to work in refrigerated environments. Familiarity with packaging machinery. Skill in product finishing. Proactive attitude and strong work ethic. C2 level of spoken, written, and reading proficiency in Catalan. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
