**Home Care Assistant COCENTAINA** **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Home Care Assistant to provide care and support to elderly individuals, as well as perform cleaning tasks in private homes. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to dependent users, contributing to improving their well-being, autonomy, and quality of life. **Work Area:** Cocentaina **Essential Requirements:** * Formal training in the socio-healthcare field, such as: * Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Support for People at Home. * Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Support for Dependent People in Social Institutions. * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE). * Or equivalent qualifications. * Prior experience in caring for and supporting elderly individuals. * A responsible, empathetic, patient person with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Verifiable professional references. * Knowledge of dependent person mobilization techniques. * Experience in monitoring and administering medication according to established protocols. * Familiarity with common pathologies in elderly individuals (Alzheimer's disease, dementias, ELA, or other neurodegenerative diseases). **Main Responsibilities:** * Personalized care and companionship for elderly individuals. * Assistance with basic activities of daily living: personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. * Supervision and follow-up of daily routines. * Medication management according to prescribed instructions. * Emotional support and encouragement of social participation. * Performing household cleaning and basic home maintenance tasks. **We Offer:** * TEMPORARY employment contract for temporary services, with potential conversion to permanent employment. * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00** * **Job stability and a positive working environment.** * **A respectful and collaborative professional environment.** * Possibility of increasing working hours according to service needs. * **Start Date: September 2nd to September 16th** Benefits: * Uniform provided Salary: €9.60–€12.00 per hour Benefits: * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
