




Job Summary: IT Manager responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the technology infrastructure, leading key projects and acting as a strategic liaison. Technology strategy and digitalization As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the company's entire technology infrastructure, acting as a strategic liaison between business and technology. You will lead key projects, coordinate with Global IT, manage resources, vendors, and budget, and guarantee operational continuity in an ever-evolving environment. **Areas of Responsibility** ---------------------------- System availability and stability: Ensure proper operation of networks, servers, and cloud environments by coordinating maintenance activities and resolving critical incidents to guarantee service continuity. Cybersecurity: Implement cybersecurity policies, manage backups and contingency plans, and serve as the local security reference (CISO). Technology project leadership: Plan and execute implementations, migrations, and improvements; define requirements in collaboration with business units; and manage costs, risks, and timelines. Management of corporate systems and applications: Monitor performance of SAP, C4C, O365, and other key systems; ensure alignment with Global IT; and evaluate new technological tools. Technical support and user experience: Ensure an effective Helpdesk, monitor KPIs, and improve incident resolution processes. Vendor and contract management: Negotiate with local vendors, manage licenses and renewals, and ensure quality and compliance with standards. Budgetary control: Manage procurement and investments, administer the annual IT budget, and optimize costs by evaluating ROI. Technology strategy and digitalization: Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement, and define the technology strategic plan aligned with business objectives. Regulatory compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance and update data protection policies and procedures. People management: Lead and develop the team, promote best practices, continuous training, and a strong technology culture. **Position Requirements** ----------------------------- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Microsoft certifications are a plus. Solid experience in networking, protocols, and standards; proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure. Knowledge of Windows / Windows Server; Linux, Power Platform, and data privacy are advantageous. Understanding of industrial enterprise processes. Advanced English (spoken and written). More than 5 years in similar roles within medium- or large-sized companies, including experience leading Team II as well as infrastructure and technology project management.
