Job Summary: We are seeking an assembly operator in the food industry for assembly and disassembly of production lines, supervision, adjustments, and support in maintenance reporting. Key Points: 1. Opportunity to propose improvements in the position In Montblanc, we are looking for a person to perform assembly tasks in the food sector. Responsibilities include assembly and disassembly of production lines, as well as supervision of their proper operation. The candidate will also carry out necessary adjustments for proper line startup and maintain both lines and machinery in good order. Additionally, they will provide support for self-maintenance reports and line preparation, and may propose improvements in their role. A full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Saturday. Working hours are eight hours per day, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year’s prior experience as a Production Operator in the food industry. * Prior experience in maintenance and assembly tasks for production lines. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Vocational training in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
